When should I begin designing a monument?

Losing a loved one is never easy. Aside from the difficulties of grief, there are a lot of questions and decisions to be made, which can be very overwhelming.

Choosing a monument is one decision that comes with a lot of questions. So, lets break it down.

​Contacting a Mason

Did you know, that you can contact us as soon as you are comfortable, to start designing and receive an accurate quote? Whether that be the day after a funeral or 10 years after, when you are ready, we are here and happy to help you 

​What happens when you contact us?

​

Whether by email, phone or in person, one of our experienced team members will send you an equiry form to fill out and return to us, this will include things such as your loved ones information, personal quotes, poems or hyms. 
we will discuss the location of the monument and provide with any forms and fees required. 

Once you have chosen which monument you would like, we have our design team contact you.

​What happens once I confirm the design?

When you have confirmed the layout of your design including all

dates and spelling are accurate

We will send you the inscription proofs and your invoice via email.  

Once your final payment is recieved, work will begin. Any errors past the confirmation date become the responsibility of the client (you)

Choosing the perfect thing to memorialise a loved one can be quite tricky at times, we have a wide range of options to choose from and our team are ready to assist you in ensuring your loved one receives a monument befitting of their memory.

​What happens once the design team has the info?

Our Design team are committed to ensuring that your loved ones memorial inscription is exactly what you wanted it to be. 

Our design team will work with you via email. They will ask questions and send you proofs to preview what the inscription will look like, and will happily edit your dersign to make it perfect. 

* PLEASE NOTE:
When approving your designs, focus on SPELLING and DATES
to ensure they are correct. 

All corrections costs after work begins becomes the purchaser's (you) responsibility up to and including a replacement head stone.
